Inova OnTime™ digital clocks provide synchronized time throughout a facility in a system that's easy to install and manage. These innovative clocks plug directly into a standard Ethernet jack, drawing both time updates and power from the network. No AC outlets are needed — eliminating cost and complexity from system deployment.

The Power over Ethernet Advantage

OnTime clocks utilize Power over Ethernet (PoE), the same technology that powers IP phones. PoE is a network standard based on IEEE 802.3af that delivers DC power to Ethernet connected devices. PoE eliminates the need for wall transformers, allows centralized UPS backup, and is fully compatible with powered and non-powered 10/100BaseT Ethernet devices. PoE can be enabled on an existing network by placing simple midspan solutions (available from most network equipment vendors) in a switch room or at an endpoint.

Time is automatically set by Simple Network Time Protocol (SNTP) — no master clock or serial connection required.

A standard Telnet session provides complete control over IP configuration, SNTP server address, time zone configuration, display format (12/24 hour) and clock status reporting.

Mounting Options

Surface Mount OnTime clocks have two keyhole slots on the rear of the clock for surface mounting. The clock back includes a recess for mounting over an Ethernet receptacle	Pendant / Cantilever With an optional mounting kit you can hang OnTime clocks from the ceiling or wall, allowing greater visibility in areas like hallways. You can also piggyback two clocks, so time is visible in both directions.	Flush Mount A separate flush mount model allows you to inset the clock into a wall, creating a more finished look. Inova offers both a 4-digit and 6-digit flush mount model that comes complete with trim in black metal.
